I have been a solid core devote for several years.

I was able to get my husband doing it as well over the past year and when we moved to our new city in June, I continued my practice and then when we moved into ultimately our new home,

the studios were a little far from where we were.

And so I kind of convinced myself it wasn't important

and that I would find a studio closer to my house

or start doing a variation of Solid Core more akin to Pilates.
