Hey Ashland here and I'm going to take a few minutes of your Friday to talk about a question that I get pretty often.

And it's from, well it's from the Betrade. That's who I get a lot of my messages and emails from and it's they've either just found out or

they're just in the beginnings of what do I do now and it's a hard one to answer

because they're reaching out and they're asking for hope

they're asking for is there really is there really going to be this intimacy again will

I ever be okay being with him and trust him and

and feel like I love him again because you know there are times I had those times

when especially after that first, the second affair, when we were already

in specialized therapy and doing the hard work and he fully disclosed in my life really flipped upside down and I wasn't sure what I wanted.

I wasn't sure if we wanted to stay together or that you know I had to start thinking ahead like am I going to do this on my own?

Am I going to be a single mom?

And it was really, really scary and the great thing is that I had a community already.

I already had this CSAT, specialized therapist who was helping me.

I had groups.

I had so many tools to help me along the way, but so many of you guys don't.

You're just starting out and how do you see that light at the end of the tunnel?

So my advice to you is this, feel that pain feel that hurt because it is absolutely real
