B Some fabulous news. I think I may be the only person who loves bad news. So just about 30 minutes ago the Supreme Court of Ohio ruled on my rate of

mandamus. As you guys know I an independent, currently charging my car heading to my next campaign event.

And they just denied my rate of mandamus.

Now there were two questions that I pose. The first

question was that I'm not afforded equal protection as a non you know two-party

system candidate, right? And the second question I said is,

the law says that I can inspect the counting of the vote.

So in reading their decision, let's go for the second one,

the inspecting the counting of the vote, right?

They denied it, but they didn't really say why.

They were kind of like circular talking, because they couldn't talk themselves out of why

I'm not allowed to inspect the counting of the vote, which is fantastic.

And almost every single lawyer said we would fail on not and take a

scotis but here's the kicker.

While everyone every single attorney said that we would win

count one I was hoping that we would lose count one. They claimed that me being treated differently as an independent

and at a disadvantage is legal and here's the funny part they

fell for it and I'll tell you why this was exactly I just charge my phone give me

a second.

Hold on, I'm just plugging in my phone to make sure it's charging.
