Absolutely. I mean the only thing that I had to tell you was, um, Shane and I signed on the LAN.

We officially on the LAN now and they cannot take my tent away. Um, we are perma squatting now on the LAN.

I will say that when you first did that initially, I didn't know you didn't know it.

Okay, well, here's the thing because that's all right stuff. That is important. I guess I should tell people is that technically we hadn't closed on the sale of the LAN yet.

But we had agreed on purchase it. Yeah, we agreed. We signed all of this stuff to like say we are committed to purchasing it.

The only reason that we didn't close immediately upon doing that was because we're building.

Bank stuff. Yeah, in order to not have to do closing costs twice, we just asked for an extension on our closing.

Okay, so again, we always intended to buy it. And, um, we had like all the inspections and stuff done.

And it had been vacant up there for years. Yes, you could tell. I know. Like the photos online versus the photos in real life are like, yeah, it's been a bit.

It's been a bit since you took that. Yeah, good catfish. But yeah, so we finally do own it now. Everything is fine.

So exciting. And after we signed, I thought it was very funny that right before we signed the papers, we actually the closing guy Jake from State Farm.

He came here to, it really was Jake, not State Farm though, but it really was Jake came here for us to sign all the closing documents.

And Shane walks in and he goes, sorry, I'm late. I just wanted to trespass one last time. Yeah, just been up on the LAN.

After I got done with work, I picked up the kids and I met him back up there because he went back up to do some weed eating, you know, tend to his land like he intended to that one time.

And I get there and I start getting the kids out. And I said, all right, we got to figure out where daddy is and all of a sudden, from the trees, I hear, ew, ew, ew.
