My name is Dan Solidino and I've been a coffee addict for more than 30 years but from inside a small packet a collection of seeds is telling me I

know so little about my stimulant of choice.

That doesn't make me think of coffee, that makes me think of rains. Well somebody said it looks like

arboreal rice. Each seed is tiny, at most a third of the size of the coffee bean

you might be picturing right now. This is Rassamosa coffee from South Africa and Mozambique and I don't know if you can just put your nose into the coffee.

Wow, that's unroasted.

The smell is intense.

This is really out there.

And this is liquish.

This is herbally.
