On the afternoon of July 24th 2015 RCMP were called by the residents of 192 Pleasant Grove Road

outside of Charlottown and Prince Edward Island. They said that the night before there had been a

violent fight between a man Joel Lawrence Klo, their neighbor who was 46 years old and a woman

closed 40 year old on and off again girlfriend and mother of one Tracy Lynn Lynch.

Responding officers knew they would be investigating a domestic dispute they dealt with Tracy and

Joel before. Things became more serious when cops discovered Tracy deceased on Klo's property.
