Obviously, everyone knows you from your roles on screen, but at Girls' Talk, we like to go

beyond the surface, and you're an entrepreneur, an actress, you're a mum. How do you hold spaces

for yourself amidst everything you have going on?

Well, I think the number one thing that comes to mind as you say that,

because all of those can be pretty overwhelming sometimes when they all coincide and kind of clash at

the same time. And they do, especially being a mother. There's never a work day where

there's no toddler screaming in the background. At the moment, he's not at home, so we're going to be

quiet. We're going to have some quiet time. But there's always something. Something always goes

wrong, you know, and mom has to step in to fix it. So I think the thing that I have found after two, you know, it's been like two years

of being a mom now, what I think I categorize as the most important thing in all the roles

that I play is kindness to myself and letting myself not feel that I'm being judged by others,

because I think sometimes I don't know how you deal with being in the public eye,

but I feel people's judgment or what I perceive to be people's judgment

or what I'm imagining to be people's judgment is my worst killer.

It kills my morale, It makes me anxious.
