just get into some tips and tricks on getting food prepped ahead. And I think sometimes we think

of freezer cooking as this very narrow, like, cook all your meals, freeze everything. But

freezer cooking is actually pretty wide. Like there's a lot of

different things we can do with freezer cooking, then incorporate different parts of getting meals

prepped ahead and just getting some of that work done in bulk. So that's what we're going to talk

about today because I am doing some real life freezer cooking myself right now. And I've been thinking

through all these tips and tricks because I've been freezer cooking for 15 years now. And every time you do it, you learn a little bit more. You find

recipes you love. And so that's what we're going to be sharing today. First up, I have a couple
