Everybody's on the phone, so collected and all. It is now a very common sight to see people standing around, even in a social setting where they're supposed to be interacting with one another.

Everyone looking down, arm up, and in their hand a smartphone.

And I mean everyone.

Old people, young people, little kids, some of them barely able to walk. It is an epidemic. It's an addiction.

And it's something that is harming our children. So what's the solution? More rules, more limits,
