on the bot in beloved podcast so if you haven't listened to episode one definitely queue it up we talked about anxiety last week but basically we're going to be talking about shame this week and I have a whole collection of episodes here on my podcast I've recorded over a hundred episodes and I know that I have a bunch of new listeners that are tuning in every single day.

Who haven't been able to go all the way back and listen to every single episode that I've made and I really wanted to do a series on freedom and I wanted to revisit some of these topics that I've talked about and kind of put them together as a new polished up collection throw it out there for y'all to listen to.

But this week we're talking about shame I'm really excited to see each and every single one of you walk in freedom in your life in regards to shame.

Maybe something has been done to you maybe you did something and you feel that weight you feel that burden and you are just wanting the Lord to free you from that to cleanse you from that to redeem you from that.

I want that for you too because I wanted that for myself and through walking a very long but healing journey with God closely by my side.

He really taught me how to how to receive the freedom that he gave me through his son Jesus and I hope that you receive that same invitation as well as we revisit this and we talk about freedom from shame so without further ado let's get into today's episode.

And this is a topic that I've wanted to cover for a while but I really want to just sit down and really really work on this word because this is an area that I've walked through in my life and I know that this is something that a lot of people have to work on overcoming and combating.

But I get questions all the time and I'm minister to people all the time who are bounded and crippled by shame.
