Starting with good news today, David.

Yeah, it was a great day for justice in New York for once,

as Daniel Penny is a free man.

This is the dude who was charged for the so-called chokehold death of a homeless crazy guy named Jordan Neely.

He was threatening people on a subway train last year.

And I'm sorry, Daniel Penny stepped up to restrain him.

Didn't kill him on the floor of that subway. He's still out of pulse when the cops got there. Well, wouldn't it be interesting to see the polling in America of how many people actually think, yeah, he choked him out and killed him? Oh, majority. Absolutely. He was reporting it that way. Sure. Yeah, they've tagged it as chokehold death. But no, he, so there was some legal

wrangling as the jury was deadlocked on Friday. They dropped the hardest charge, which would be

the manslaughter charge. And then they were thinking, okay, well, we can get the criminally negligent

homicide conviction. And sure enough, some people thought about it over the weekend, and they said, nope, he is a free man, he is free to go.
