I want to start just by telling you several years ago, some of our closest friends Sterling

and Natalie, they bought this really old home. And what you need to know about my friend Natalie

is that for a couple decades now, she has some disorder where her body cannot eliminate toxins.

And so that's just something that she's battled for about two decades. Well, they bought this

really old house. And at the back of this house was this one small room that they turned into a

play room for their kids. And what they didn't realize was that this one room had its own air

conditioning unit. And the previous owners bought an air conditioning unit that was far too big

for this one room. And so without Sterling and Natalie knowing it. And I don't know all the

ins and outs about the HVAC world. So let me just say that from the beginning. This is not a

talk about heating in air. But the air conditioning unit for this small room in the back of their house,

it was what's called short cycling. So basically, it was overproducing. And so condensation would

develop on the coils or moisture would develop on the coils. And it would never have time to

evaporate. And so mold was growing on the inside of this air conditioning unit. So here's what I

want you to think about. I told you that Natalie's body struggles to eliminate toxins. Well,

now they have this air conditioning unit that is quietly operating in the background of their

lives consistently blowing air into their environment that is actually poisoning Natalie's

body and sabotaging her health. The reason I tell you that is because tonight, I want to talk
