You know, a few minutes prior to going live, I really asked myself that question, what

kind of show do you want to have?

I think I want to have an okay show.

We begin with the prisoner swap.

I spoke with Brittany Griner.

She's safe, she's on a plane, she's on her way home.

After months of being unjustly detained in Russia, held under untolable circumstances.

Brittany will soon be back in the arms of her loved ones and she should have been there

all along.

Today began with some surprisingly great news.

Brittany Griner, the WNBA star who had been held in custody in Russia over having a small

amount of cannabis oil in her bag, has been released thanks to a prisoner swap.

Now the prisoner swap is controversial in the eyes of right wingers.

We'll talk about that a little later in the show.
