the shoulds and shadow emotions that come up for parents, for teachers,

for therapists. We all experience the shoulds, right? It's so true. I think to be human,

we are just wired to have this sense that we're never doing quite enough and that we should be

doing something else. And even if our productivity has been really high, it just never seems to,

you know, meet the mark. So I think there's a lot of pressure we put on ourselves for sure.

Exactly. So let's talk about some of the common shoulds that a lot of people experience. So let's just throw out some examples.

Oh, of course. So like in motherhood, I think there's a lot of guilt. So I should be doing more. I am not enough. I'm failing my children at work. You know,
