| 1:37.3 | But the reality is that it doesn't matter how long that to-do list is, you can only do one of those things in any moment. |
| 1:46.4 | And not even a full thing, just a piece of that thing in any given moment. |
| 1:50.7 | So what is actually being asked of you is not that whole to-do list. |
| 1:56.9 | It's the thing that's here. |
| 1:58.6 | But how often do we get caught in the cycle of working on something, |
| 2:04.4 | but also ruminating about everything else that needs to get done? |
| 2:09.4 | And even questioning, like, is this where I should be putting my time right now? |
| 2:12.8 | Like, this needs to get done, this needs to get done. |
