What's going on in Australia these days?

What does the rest of the world need to know about Australia?

I would say that in Australia we're pretty chilled out at the moment, at least politically and culturally compared to America.

And even Europe to a large extent, we have had 25 years or more of economic growth.

So people are pretty relaxed, people are doing well, the middle class is doing well.

There's not so much of a feeling that there's a zero-some competition going on, like people are fighting over scarce resources.

And we obviously have political correctness and identity politics.
