Thing that I really think is very, very important for people to understand is that concept

of morality and constitutionality, they're not the same.

It's really important to understand and to sort of figure out if we want intersection

and when we want intersection and by the way, who gets to decide.

A lot of people want to get rid of hate speech and hate speech is awful and terrible and

reduces the marketplace of ideas.

But how do we do that?

Who gets to decide?

That's a frightening concept.
