It is an amazing time, and I keep trying to tell people what's going on now is unprecedented at least I've been

doing this for 50 years I've never seen a time like this we are winning we're winning left and

right and centered everywhere and we just want a really big one out in California and joining us to

explain it because it does need explanation. We got Chuck Michelle from the California

Rifle and Pistol Association. Chuck, this is a case that we just won. It's a First Amendment

case. It's a Second Amendment case, but it's bigger than what people think, isn't it?

Absolutely. California and similar very anti-gun owner states are doing everything they can to wipe out the gun culture.

They want to discourage gun ownership, make it as expensive as possible, put as much red tape away as they can,

and discourage any junior shooting sport activity because they know that's the next generation of gun rights

advocates. And so they passed a law that basically banned advertising or any kind of promotion

of anything to do with shooting that might quote unquote appeal to minors. That is so broad,

so out of control that Bass Pro was pulling teddy bears off the shelves that had a, my dad's a hunter t-shirt on, the little teddy bears.

This is how bad it got.

This is how scared.

And it was all designed to scare any advertiser, any, any range, Boy Scout troop, anything that 4H, anybody that was getting junior

shooters involved, they wanted to scare them from doing it.
