Apparently, a magazine ban was overturned in California by a Fed court, Mike.

Yes.

San Francisco federal court under Judge Benitez ordered a block of the enforcement of

California's ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.

He deemed it inconsistent with a Second Amendment right to keep arms for self-defense.

And he basically said that the 10-round magazine ban was a severe restriction on the

core right of self-defense of the home, such that amounts to a destruction of the right

and is unconstitutional under

any level of scrutiny. So is that circuit court level? Yes. Okay. So that'll be going up to the

North Ninth Circuit to the full, you know, if California wants to appeal it, they'll take it up to

the Supreme Court. Yeah, eventually to the Supreme Court. So I'm really stunned to hear a federal judge even talk about the right to

self-defense. What's interesting is he blocked this law's enforcement. So he's enjoined California

against enforcing the law while the legal process is pursued.

And it's been an interesting fallout just within the last 24 hours or so since this

ruling was issued.
