Hello, my beautiful brave hearts. How is everyone doing? You guys, spring is here. It is almost summer. It is one of my

favorite, favorite seasons. So I wanted to come on here. Originally, I was going to create content that went along

with this. And I was like, no, I just want to talk about what I'm excited for that is upcoming,

that I'm doing. And I wanted to make sure that you knew

you were invited. I have a signature five-day breakup boot camp that is normally a self-paced

course that you do. And next week, April 11th through the 15th, I am going to be doing this

course live, meaning every day for five days, the 11th through the 15th, I am going to be doing this course live, meaning every day for five days,

the 11th through the 15th, I am going to be sharing a lesson with tangible tools that help

you accomplish five months of healing in five days. I'm talking about by the end of April 15th,

by April 15th, that day, what if you were over your ex?

What if you got to start out this summer, feeling fresh, feeling free, happy, excited about your

life, invigorated and empowered, in control of your life?

That means no longer constantly thinking about him, right, getting some good

sleep. I am so on board to help as many of you as possible get to that place before summer.

So I wanted to do this live training. It's going to be amazing. We're going to have a pop-up community

inside of the Brave Heart Academy. You'll be able to ask questions, get live coaching, get feedback on the homework because

I'm a huge advocate of you being able to utilize my tools on your own, regardless of whether
