Dave has other things he is doing.

Everything's going crazy on the timelines tonight, on the TV screens tonight.

The NFL Combine is in full swing in Indianapolis.

And the wide receivers, as I'm recording this, are throwing up some insane, just absolutely insane 40 times.

Now, I should preface all of this by saying the 40 basically doesn't matter at all in terms

of relevance in predicting future of fantasy production as a standalone metric anyway.

There are other metrics that can be derived in part from using 40 that matter,

you know, things like speed score, freak score, if you will.

But just 40 time alone, absent all of other context, doesn't really matter.

So you see these guys that were not on your radar at all, putting up these blazing times.

You know, maybe they go from undrafted to day three dart throw for an NFL team.

When you see, when you see guys like Christian Watson though

who's been a late riser in the process from a small school who looks to be a very impressive

physical specimen and then he's up there running around a four three that's pretty that's

pretty exciting I think it legitimizes day two for him for sure.

So just take it all in stride as you're thumbing through all the 40 times on Friday morning,

if you're not following along Thursday evening, just keep that in mind.

40-time alone should not be enough to convince you differently about this class than maybe you felt going into things.
