0:49.8	Most of the big names, half of free agency was over before free agency started.
0:53.8	It was busier last night which means Tuesday night and really early Wednesday morning that it was after free agency started.
1:00.8	Well here's the thing.

1:04.8	The legal tampering period went from three days to two.
1:08.8	But with that came a loosening of the negotiation practice here.
1:13.8	And all these deals really free agency and Wess, you were in Taipei Island during basically the first two days of free agency.
