assistant coach. Now, I had a chance to talk to Ryan one-on-one at the, a couple weeks ago when

we met with the assistant coaches, and I played this, this particular interview for the club

members a week and a half ago, but I wanted to play for you now. If you want to skip right to

the interview, it's at the end, it's about four or five minutes long. And for everybody always

asked, why not put video? Of course I would

want video. But when I do these one-on-ones, it's a lot easier to do it when you're in person.
