0:00.0	One story that I think is probably the most important story for me coming out of the protests.
0:05.0	I protested over the summer with my fiance and friends, and I have multiple sclerosis.
0:10.0	So I'm out there, immunocompromise in the middle of the pandemic, but there's nothing bigger for me than being black.
0:16.0	And what I saw on the front lines in the street while we were being tear gas by police was a few white people actually jumping in front of my fiance and I and getting hit with tear gas canisters and rubber bullets for us.
0:35.8	They understood in that second, I can put my body on the line for something bigger than
0:41.3	myself, and they will likely, these police officers will likely not murder me, but they
0:45.5	will murder you.
0:46.6	And it was in that moment that I said, we might, we might still have something here, right?
