Welcome to Brown's Film Breakdown, part of the Blue Wire Podcast Network.

I'm your host, Jake Burns, writer for the OBR, writer for Cleveland.com coming at you guys as the Browns offseason here is in full swing. We had so many different things going on within the franchise. Obviously, finally we get the naming of Freddie Kitchens as our head coach, and we want to talk about how the press conference went, right? I want to talk about all of the coaching hires. I think as the dust settles, I'll be coming back

to you guys later this week with another pod, and I'll probably touch on the full detail of the

coaching hires at that point, and as it all sort of paints itself very clearly. For now, though,

I do want to talk to you guys about

the Freddie Kitchens introductory press conference, right? I think that the Browns waited until all

of the eyes were dotted and T's were crossed on the contract and all of that language took a little

bit longer from the initial report Chris Mortensen made mid-last week to finally getting around a Monday.

Ironically enough, both of the most important coaching hires were actually announced alongside

the official announcement of Freddie Kitchens as former Arizona Cardinals head coach.

Steve Wilkes will be taking over as defensive coordinator.
