a few more weeks, South Korea's government is divided. Its president, President Yun,

belongs to the Conservative Party in South Korea. Its legislature overwhelmingly is run by the Democrat Socialist sort of wing, the liberal

wing of South Korea.

So divided government, and this morning it had one of its most awkward moments in recent

The president, President Yun, declared martial law out of the blue, saying that there were

activities going on that were in danger, destabilizing the republic, and therefore he needed
