Annie Mack here with a mini mix for your ears, courtesy of a really interesting guy called Fred again.

You may not have heard him if you are a dance music fan, but I really feel like you will.

He is already really established as a music producer, having produced some of the most successful pop records of the last few years, including Ed Shearren, Heady won, Fredo, missed, and most recently

he had a big hand in a lot of songs on the Stormsy album. To celebrate the release of Stormsy's

album Heavy as the Head on Friday, Fred Again, will name Fred Gibson, has put together a mini

mix for us that is celebrating Stormsy. One of the things that Fred again does in his dance music is sample spoken words and put it into songs really cleverly.

We've been playing his stuff for quite a while now.

And that's what he's done with the concept of this mini mix.

So it's a journey of Stormsy's Glastow performance from inception to completion.

So you'll hear a little bits of the actual performance.

There's also a very special bit

when Stormsy went to visit Jayzie in South Africa.

Fred was in the room.

He filmed the conversation.

You're going to hear bits of that.
