| 0:59.0 | So let's start with what I do. For the last seven or so years, I've been running the Long Island Center for Mindfulness. |
| 1:07.0 | Teaching Mindfulness Workshops, retreats, longer courses in the Long Island area, |
| 1:12.0 | which is where I live at the moment when I'm not traveling |
| 1:14.4 | which is about 50% of the time because a lot of my other work involves speaking |
| 1:19.5 | and teaching around the country and around the world now to organizations, health care systems, education, schools, |
| 1:27.0 | on the topics of mindfulness, meditation, and positive psychology, |
| 1:31.0 | all kind of lumped into one general category of well-being. |
| 1:36.4 | And I wear a few other hats and have over the last number of years. |
| 1:40.6 | For a few years I taught mindfulness-based leadership at Columbia University to principals and school leaders there as part of one of their graduate programs and currently serve as an instructor of positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania for a master's program called of Now key thing here if you're not familiar with positive psychology it's not positive |
