So what we do on Fridays, and this is only the third or fourth show we've done like this, and people seem to really like it, is that we talk about the things that Julie and I were listening to on podcasts and talking about and studying during this past week to keep our brains

elastic, keep our brains frosty to make it so that the monotonous never-ending sea of real

estate information doesn't become overwhelming, and we keep our ability to digest new

information, even sometimes countervailing information at the forefront of our brains. Because we want to

always be checking our precepts, not just about the things we believe to be true about real estate,

but also the things we believe to be true in general. There's certain things that, of course,

we won't question because we're resolute

that, you know, those beliefs and those, you know, those structural foundational things in our lives

will forever be the way that they are. But a lot of other things, we are more than open to having

our minds opened, right? Yes, that's right. And we welcome stories and questions from you,

all our listeners as well. Maybe you'd like us to go down

a particular rabbit hole that you're interested in. So I'm going to start out by saying there's

been a lot of talk on just starting out with some real estate stuff. And then on my list of things,

Julie, I don't think we'll get to all these things. I want to talk a little bit about the pardons

that happen. Uh-huh. I wanted to talk about the just released, or I think they got released yesterday,

JFK, MLK, RFK files. I want to talk about UFOs. Of course. I've got on my list more information

about Fannie and Freddie. And what that's going to do, the mortgage industry and really why

there's any resistance whatsoever about releasing it from conservatorship

because I did spend a lot of time trying to understand because I can't even find a logical reason
