We recently reposted a story we did four years ago about Frankie,

who'd spent 20 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit.

And let's just say he's been making up for a lost time.

I think when you drive a car like this, you need to have some music.

So this is what a $10 million settlement can buy, huh?

This is it, yeah. It's not bad, right?

Not that I would do 20 years in prison for this, but it's pretty good.

That's right.

Last August, Frankie received a settlement from L.A. County of $10.1 million, about half a million

for each year he was incarcerated, which is the highest per-year settlement the county has ever paid.

But Frankie's life now is not all fancy cars or the high life. Another morning that same week,

we found ourselves in the hallway of a high school in East
