Steve Swinford. Right we're going to start by talking about Dominic

Cummings who is officially supposed to be one of the most powerful men in the country

But actually his influence appears to be waning somewhat

Sajid Javid has scored a succession of important victories over fiscal rules HS2 we've also seen the

forthcoming reshuffle which was billed the Valentine's Day massacre and

supposed to involve a fundamental overhaul of Whitehall seems to have been

watered down significantly.

So is Dominic Cummings as powerful as he once was and will he be sticking around?

I mean you've basically set out that he isn't Steve. So he is fascinating this so that Dominic Cummings clearly

gets more media coverage than anyone in the cabinet with the exception of the

Prime Minister himself and yet most of the stories which are written about him
