Welcome back listeners. This week, we have Franklin Habit on the podcast. Hi, Franklin.

Hi, how are you?

Oh, we're very well. Let's jump right into it. We hear you have a book coming out this

October.

I do. I do. I'm very excited about that. It's my very first book and at the departure

for interweave, the people who are publishing it, and I'm hoping that it will be well-received.

It's already gotten good reviews from non-nitters. I showed the preview pages to my baby brother

yesterday who is not a nitter, and he thought it was funny.

Oh, okay. That's a very good sign. When I can get people outside of the truck to laugh,

that makes me extremely happy.

He was thrilled. It's kind of like VR in her, where you don't have to be a nitter to get

it.

Well, that's high praise indeed. She is one of my little models.

She's so fabulous, too.

And it's a collection of essays and cartoons?

Yeah, originally what I had proposed to interweave was just a book of cartoons, and they are

giving it sort of a deluxe treatment. They not only expanded the number of cartoons that

they wanted to include, but also asked if I would put together some essays for it, and

so there will be ten written pieces mixed in with the cartoons.
