Summary

Franklin Carter was a radar technician in the Navy in the 60's. He'll talk about his experiences in the Navy that made him a Disclosure Project witness. We will also discuss his lifelong pursuit of truth in this arena, and his thoughts on ET civilizations, including the possibility that some have even talked to Extraterrestrial beings.

2:23.1	they got some weird things happening high above the skies.
