I think it tells me a lot about where you met this character and what your expectations

are about whether or not you think he speaks.

I didn't know that people had strong opinions about whether Mr Stein spoke or not.

It was actually Mr Frank L Stein.

Frank Instein.

So for me, he's green. his big old bolts at his neck, and in honor of the late great Phil Hartman, he just always says,
