Republicans, in a big hurry, it's such a big hurry to get these Trump nominees through their first hearing and into their jobs that they are skipping all the procedures that normally have to happen, meaning they're having the hearings even before the Ethics Committee has finished its work, at least on four out of five of the nominees.

It's the big rush, and what is so funny about it, or disgusting about it, actually, is that Mitch McConnell has

totally reversed himself from the stand that he took eight years ago when it was President

Obama, who had just been recently elected, and his cabinet picks were up, and Mitch McConnell

at the time was saying, whoa, whoa, there's no hurry, slow it down.

Let's make sure we have every single document we need and want to take a look at

before we hold any hearings.

He's singing a different tune today.

But they have scheduled nine hearings in three days, and again, very significant,
