One of the greatest challenges we face as men is finding a like-minded band of brothers we can rely on when needed and we can serve as they need us. In the ease of modernity, we've been led to believe we can and have to go at life alone. That just isn't the case.
My guest today is the President of F3 Nation, whom a lot of you are familiar with. His name is Frank Schwartz and he goes by the nickname, "Dark Helmet."
