Have any programs shifted from the NYPD's purview to OCS?

No.

To what extent is NYPD engaged with the administration and what specific roles and coordination will occur between NYPD and OCS?

Those conversations have not yet commenced.

So the administration's announcement of approximately $260 million

for the creation of OCS, there have been no conversations with NYPD about the agency,

and who will be doing what? Not at this time. I believe, I mean, I expect that those conversations will begin to occur.

But as I mentioned before, in response to the last question, no program, no programmatic responsibility is being shifted from the NYPD to.
