Summary
After pleading guilty to manslaughter for killing a pedestrian while speeding, Frank Freshwaters escaped from an honor farm in Ohio and spent over fifty years on the run. In 2015, the U.S. Marshals located Freshwaters in Florida, where he had started a new life under a fake identity.
Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss Frank Freshwaters. By all accounts, Frank had led a pretty decent life on the run and had stayed out of trouble. So the question became what should be done with a man who escaped justice but was now 80-years-old. The decision may shock you.

| 1:07.4 | Is that where the Hall fame is? |
| 1:08.2 | No. |
| 1:08.9 | No? |
| 1:09.6 | That's Canton. Well, a lot of tire places up there. They're known for |
| 1:13.4 | tires. Yeah. And LeBron James. Well, I forgot about LeBron. I'm sure they're known for other stuff, |

| 1:27.3 | newlywed. He and his 17-year-old newlywed. |
| 1:28.3 | He and his 17-year-old wife, Patricia, were about to become parents. |
| 1:32.9 | Their son, Jeff, was born months after this accident that would get Frank into trouble. |
| 1:40.8 | So basically, what happened was Frank killed a pedestrian while he was speeding in his car, |
| 1:50.2 | which, you know, it's a different type of story for us. Sure it is. He's later going to go on the run, |
| 1:56.8 | right? So there's a lot to this story, but he gets into this accident. I'm sure he didn't mean to run this |
