Summary

China has a lot of people. This is well known. What it doesn't have a lot of is train cars, especially when they're pseudo-segregated. Groping and mass murder aren't quite on the same level, but they're both aberrant behavior. If we can find the onus of both we can solve China's train problem and the world's murder problem all at once.
