What's up, guys? I'm coming to you with some big church news, big from the perspective of

everything that we thought was supposed to happen in the church following upon the summer

and fall of shame back in 2018. This is especially pathetic because just now, National Catholic Reporter, National Catholic Register

reports that Francis has denied Cardinal Marx's resignation, which was tendered precisely because,

I pulled over in my car to do this, precisely because of the sex abuse scandals now uh one thing

i wanted to read you is the guardian which reported two and a half years back francis saying

the following things.

Pope Francis has told bishops around the world, he's told bishops around the world,

they must adhere to a policy of zero tolerance, meaning he's getting tough, ostensibly.

Zero tolerance for clergy who sexually abused children and begged

forgiveness for a sin that shames us. In a letter sent later on December the 28th that year, but

released by the Vatican only after that, Francis said, I would like us to renew our complete commitment to ensuring that these

atrocities will no longer take place in our midst. So remember, we had the kind of sham in February

of 2019 where Francis called together all the bishops basically in the United States denied

what would be real remedial measures. We talked about that on Marshall's channel, how pathetic that was.

And everyone couldn't believe it. And we were all aghast and shocked

that there would be such hot air for four or five months

between the summer of shame and then February of 2019

with no real remedial action.

But then again, we forgot about it.

This is what happens when the church is completely corrupt.
