For several years, 73-year-old Francesco Villi, a resident of a Vaughan, Ontario condo, waged a relentless campaign of harassment against the building's condo board and anyone else who challenged his belief that flaws in the building’s design were flooding his unit with toxic fumes and harmful electromagnetic interference. After multiple court battles, a breached peace bond, and countless confrontations in the hallways, both sides of the dispute turned to their most extreme measures.
