| 0:00.0 | Welcome back friends to Short Stories for Kids. Once upon a time there were two mermaids Francesca and Brianna. Like most mermaids, they loved the ocean and all things that lived within it. But there was something else that they love too. Pizza. Now, Pizza and the ocean don't go well together. As both |

| 0:46.7 | It just wasn't the same like that. Soggy pizza had made Francesca and Brianna quite sad. |
| 0:54.3 | And so upon seeing this, Francesca's dad decided he do something about it. |
| 1:00.3 | He found a nice quiet cove on the coast of Florida, far from the gaze of humans, |
| 1:07.0 | and built a little pizza oven amongst the rocks upon the shore. |
| 1:12.0 | Brianna's dad, Scott, helped find the pizza dough, and ingredients |
| 1:16.6 | from a seaside restaurant he knew about. |
| 1:19.7 | And before too long, both dads had pizzas cooking. |
| 1:24.1 | It hadn't been an easy task for dads with fishy tails. |
| 1:27.8 | But they were great dads, and that's what great dads do. |
| 1:32.3 | That evening, Francesca Brianna and their mums dined on the best |
| 1:37.2 | pizza they'd ever tasted. Oh this is delicious dad said Francesca proudly, licking her lips. |

| 1:50.6 | Francesca's mom thought about this for a moment and then said, hmm, I've heard of pizza that's even better. |
| 1:58.1 | No way, Francesca blurted in disbelief. |
| 2:01.7 | Even better than this yummy slice I'm holding right here? |
| 2:06.0 | Even better than that, confirmed her mom. |
| 2:10.0 | It's all the way over on the other side of the ocean, |
| 2:12.0 | in a place called Italy, the home of the pizza. |
| 2:17.0 | And the best bit is that the restaurant is run by a mermaid. |
| 2:22.8 | Four mermaids beneath a tall sea cliff. |
