still, and I'm here with lovely Lena. Hello, everyone. So what we're going to talk about today,

three sections for this podcast, hint, all going to be about Carcasson. So if you don't care

especially with these three sections. The first is going to be talking about the old fortified town,

which I believe is the most interesting town in the whole of France. You've become quite a history

buff since we landed here. I have to say. Yeah, I know, I know. I can't help it. Can't be helped. I

know. I think it's an age thing.

The second thing is who I would call the most interesting renovator that you've never heard of, French guy.

And we're going to talk about him.

I'm going to try and make everyone interested in him, because I've got stocks in him.

And then the third, I haven't, he's long dead.

The third is the other part of town where we're staying and sort of village life and why it's been really fun for us.
