Last night in the city of Nice, France saw its third major terror attack in the past 19 months, at least 84 people killed,

200 injured. Officials there say times have changed and France is going to have to live with

terrorism, but they vow to never give in. We'll talk about what that could mean when an 18-ton

refrigerator truck can become a deadly weapon for a militant group or a petty criminal acting alone.

Despite political calls for action, intelligence officials from France to the United States admit they're at a loss to prevent attacks on crowds that come without any warning.

Today's talking point, will Donald Trump's chosen running mate make a difference?
