What would you say was the most difficult mission you performed in the fleet in your FAA team?

Ooh, you know what, I'd have to say close air support.

I mean, it's just so demanding, you know, and'd have to say close air support I mean just so demanding you know and

so consequential that's right and when you're doing close air support who are you

working with predominantly working with the guys on the ground right so there's a guy

on the ground's gonna be on the radio he it's going to be on the radio, he's going to direct my bombs, even though I still kind of own the bombs, release the bombs, but he's in charge of where they go.

And what's that guy's name? Oh, we call him a joint terminal attack controller or J-Tac.

And if he's an aviator, we call him?

Well, then we'll call him a FAC A, so Forward Air Comptroller Airborn.
