This week on the Fighter Pilot Podcast podcast and I squeeze the trigger to fire and I see a

missile come off my wingman's airplane. It's his fourth missile. His missile

goes up, it makes a turn and then hits a piece of the airplane, but my missile

went all the way straight up the tailpipe all the way to the 17th stage of the compressor

and just disintegrates the airplane. the and it's Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer were the two producers and he says Pete

Pettigrew he says hey I've got a deal for you how would you like to be

technical advisor on the movie Top Gun.

And I said, well, I don't know anything about it.
