0:36.2	Late Sunday night after the recording, Austin Slater was traded from the San Francisco
0:39.6	Giants to the Cincinnati Reds, the first big move for the Giants, hopefully many more.
0:43.8	As a Giants fan, they traded him to the Reds for left-handed pitcher Alex Young.
0:47.7	Young is sent back to AAA immediately for the Giants, while Slater will join the Reds, and he should see at bats for his left-ended pitchers, as he did for the Giants this season.
0:55.7	On the season, Slater is hitting 200 with one home run for the Giants,
0:59.1	and he's battled injuries throughout the season, which has diminished his productivity.
1:03.2	Stuart Fairchild was placed on the I.O. for the Reds with a spine-disc injury
1:07.2	as the corresponding move to roster Austin Slater.
1:14.9	Chris Paddock of the Minnesota Twins was activated from the IL on Monday and he made the start versus the White Sox.
1:18.9	Paddock threw five innings while allowing two runs and striking out three in his return.
1:22.7	Paddock should get another start this Sunday against the Giants to cap off a two-star week.
1:25.0	Josh Winder was sent back to AAA.
1:29.3	Lars Neupar of the St. Louis Cardinals was activated from the IL on Monday,
1:31.0	and Jose Fermin was returned to AAA.
