0:38.6	everything baseball related from Friday, June 14th. We'll start it off as always with the
0:43.4	transactions, injuries, news, and notes from around the league. Starting with the bad news,
0:47.1	catcher Alias Diaz was placed on the 10-day IL with a left calf strain. The move is retroactive
0:52.4	to June 11th, so Diaz will be eligible to return
0:55.3	on June 21st. While Diaz is out, Jacob Stallings will handle duties behind the plate.
1:00.8	Outfielder Nolan Jones was activated from the 10-day IL in a corresponding move. Jones missed a
1:06.1	month and a half with a knee injury and will reclaim the everyday left field role in Colorado.
1:15.3	Outfielder Michael Harris II was placed on the the 10-day aisle with left hamstring tightness. Harris exited Friday's game with the injury and will now miss at least 10 days.
1:19.1	The rest might be good for him though as Harris is in the midst of a career worse season at the plate.
1:23.6	Brian Anderson and J.P. Martinez are expected to see more time in the outfield
1:27.9	until Harris returns. In terms of transactions, shortstop Nick Ahmed was activated from the
1:32.8	10-day I.L. Ahmed was the giant's everyday shortstop before suffering a wrist injury that kept
1:37.5	him out for more than a month. Now Ahmed will find his role modified as Brett Wisely is expected
1:42.6	to get the bulk of the at-bats at shortstop
1:44.7	on the strong side of a platoon. Addison Barger was recalled from the miners. Barger is the Blue
