Let's dive into everything baseball related from Tuesday, May 6th.

We'll start things off as always with the transactions,

injuries, news and notes from around the league,

kicking things off with the bad news as outfielder Teosker Hernandez was placed on the

10-day IL with a grade 1, a ducter strain.

No matter how much of a Giants and anti-Dodgers fan I am.

It always sucks to see people heading to the IL.

So Teoska Hernandez heading to the IL, grade one, a ductor strain, not too bad.

He may be able to return in the minimum time.

In a corresponding move, James Outman was recalled from the miners.

He's expected to fill in in center field, which will shift Andy Pahas from centerfield to right field to fill in directly for Teoscar in the outfield.

And that will accommodate James Outman's platoon in Center Field, likely with Kike Hernandez.

In terms of transactions, outfielder Evan Carter was recalled for the minors by the Rangers.

We discussed this yesterday.

Wasn't too spectacular in the minor leagues.

Badded 221 with three homers and six steals.
