transactions, injuries, news and notes from around the league. Always, we're going to kick it off

with the injuries. The first one is third baseman, Yon Moncotta of the Chicago White Sox,

being placed on the 10 day

iL with lower back soreness the ensuing move is eloy himenez being reinstated from the 10 day iL

the team also claimed nick solac off waivers from the seattle mariners so we won't see yon moncotta

for at least 10 days it doesn't seem like that serious of an injury, but we do get Elo Jimenez back in our fantasy

lineups.
